Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of BESS and renewable energy infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will manage site delivery, client coordination, and subcontractor performance across all electrical disciplines.

o?????Lead project planning, procurement, and mobilisation of electrical works??????

o?????Coordinate in-house teams, subcontractors, and OEMs to ensure timely delivery??????o?????Oversee HSE, quality, and technical compliance to BS 7671 and grid standards??????o?????Monitor programme milestones, manage budgets, and issue progress reports??????

o?????Chair technical meetings and contribute to DNO/ICP interfacing requirements??????

o?????Provide input on value engineering and design integration??????

o?????Manage site audits, commissioning documentation, and handover packs

o?????HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)??????

o?????Minimum 5 years in electrical infrastructure or renewable energy projects??????

o?????ECS / CSCS Management Card preferred??????

o?????Strong knowledge of LV systems, switchgear, battery storage and controls

Experience with CDM, RAMS, method statements and NICEIC compliance

o?????SMSTS / AP / HV Authorisation??????

o?????Familiarity with G99/G100 connections??????

o?????Working knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 standards and grid-tied energy systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 48,402.26-55,000.00 per year
