About the Company:



DSLT Limited are proud to be an established MEP Contractor specialising in commercial & industrial design & build projects. Predominately, our work is in the film and TV production sector where we are fortunate enough to work with high profile clients.

Additionally, we work in commercial, industrial and high-end residential installations. We offer a range of services including building, electrical, plumbing and maintenance.

The Role requires the candidate to:



Develop and implement electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards Manage the preparation of project plans, risk assessments and health and safety documentation Develop and manage project budgets, including cost control and forecasting Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective project management Plan and monitor project resources, including labour, materials and equipment Lead and mentor project teams Identify and analyse any project issues and develop solutions to ensure project success Organise and lead electrical projects from concept to completion Develop project plans and ensure timely completion of jobs Manage budgets, resources and personnel to ensure projects are completed within time and budget constraints Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Monitor progress and provide regular updates Report project progress to senior management

Essential Criteria:



ECS 18th Edition Gold Card Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with clients, suppliers and colleagues Strong background in Commercial/ Industrial Electrical Installation and Electrical Control Systems Ability to understand electrical specifications, schematics, drawings, block cable diagrams, BoQ's, BoM's etc Good understanding of electrical standards Ability to complete Tender submissions and complete PQQ's to a high standard High attention to detail and strong business acumen's to understanding project costs Excellent IT Skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to self-manage & prioritise to meet deadlines Positive attitude Willing to develop and learn new skills with on and off the job training
