About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across our Electrical and Technology divisions. You'll manage project delivery within budget and timeline, oversee site operations, and liaise with both internal teams and the public. Professionalism and clear communication are key, especially when dealing with road users and residents.
What You'll Do

Assist the Contract Manager across various projects
Plan, schedule, and oversee all project phases
Manage day-to-day operations on established sites
Organise labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors
Review health & safety paperwork, including risk assessments and method statements
Ensure health & safety compliance and lead by example
Identify and resolve engineering discrepancies
Maintain all site documentation and project administration
Track and report on project performance and progress
Meet budgetary and timeline targets
Coach and mentor new team members
Ensure all team members are appropriately trained and competent
Close out Health & Safety files and ensure full compliance
What We're Looking For
HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or similar
CSCS Gold Card & SSSTS/SMSTS essential
Proficient in MS Project and Excel
Experience with highways or high-speed road environments
Strong grasp of H&S regulations and engineering principles
Confident with MS Project and project scheduling
Full, clean driving licence
