We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager who is just as passionate about infrastructure technology as we are.
As a dynamic member of Remark Group's Project Management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial & industrial projects from lead generation through to completion, meeting the project's goals on time and within budget. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, ensuring that projects are delivered in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and that our installations adhere to all legislative and health & safety requirements.
It will require you to organise people, tasks and resources to ensure successful conclusion, and a positive customer experience.
You will be responsible for managing workflows, and a multi-disciplinary dynamic delivery team, comprised of engineering services, scaled to deliver multiple projects at the same time.
Responsibilities:
Effectively and professionally manage the design and construction management of projects, including but not limited to procurement, design, planning, risk assessment, commissioning and handover. Delivering multiple projects within budget, to specification and to the timeline agreed to the satisfaction of the client.
Prepare project plans to include costing and preparation of quotations.
Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Resource planning, to include engineering resource, and delivering multiple time-bound projects within budget.
Cost estimating and competitive procurement of both stock and site project material.
Manage risks, while anticipating and resolving issues.
Ensure good record keeping for accurate reporting, conducting post project reviews to identify financial and implementation improvements.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with statutory regulations, current industry standards, company quality and health and safety assurance procedures, including ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Quality, Environmental and OH&S procedures.

Dynamic engineering experience to include designing of Electrical Systems.
Strong listening and superior relationship-building skills.
Excellent, proven organisational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to ensure good communication at all times.
Experience preparing and completing quotations and project costings.
Experience undertaking site surveys and project forecasting.
Material procurement and negotiating skills.
Experience using Auto CAD.
