The main purpose of this role is to be the responsible person for delivery and compliance of electrical services on behalf of HFS. This includes supervising, coaching, and mentoring trade operatives and supporting excellent service delivery through responsive, planned, and cyclical work programmes. The role will also include running non-M&E related planned maintenance programmes.???????
To be successful in the role, you should be:
Must have a good working knowledge of a range of trades including heath and safety and CDM requirements.
Being the main point of contact between HFS and RCH Technical Compliance Team / SELCT / Managers and where appropriate the client.
Carrying out regular assessments on all your electricians to ensure compliance with The Electricity at Work Regulations and BS 7671.
Carrying out regular assessments on subcontractors working for the company to ensure compliance with The Electricity at Work Regulations and BS 7671.
Verifying all electricians' inspection & testing results electronically in a timely manner to prevent Invoicing delays.
Being registered as the Qualifying Supervisor for the company and be available for annual assessments by the SELECT as prescribed within the rules of enrolment.
Deliver regular TBT's to your electricians and update your own CPD in line with HFS standards.
Be the first point of contact for any electrical issues raised by the electricians on site.

What you need to have:
Minimum NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
City & Guilds 18th Edition
Inspection and Testing 2391-01 or equivalent
Experience of fault finding, Test and Inspecting others work
Ideally previous experience working telecoms or industrial background
Trained to the current IEE wiring regulation (19th edition and amendments) and hold a City and Guilds level 3 or equivalent award in the Periodic Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations (2395-01)
Holds or is working towards NOS/QCF's in Solar Photovoltaic, Heat Pumps and Solar Thermal Hot Water.
A full Driving license is essential.
