Working in a variety of properties including domestic and commercial, mainly social housing or council properties across London and surrounding counties. Works included basic accessory changes, consumer unit upgrades, lighting upgrades, fault finding, minor installation works, Emergency Lighting repairs, basic ventilation works, mains fire alarm etc. Experience of working from mobile devices is essential to complete job sheets electronically in an accurate and timely manner. Duties & Responsibilities:
Carry out electrical installation, maintenance and testing works as required.
Have a good understanding of electrical systems and be able to identify/ report faults.
Interpret electrical / site drawings when necessary
Ensure safe working procedures in accordance with the current health and safety regulations and all other relevant regulations.
Fill out all paperwork and/or use the Oneserve Application accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate with residents and clients when required.

To undertake any training provided by the company
To Support any business change for the benefit of the company
Any ad-hoc duties as reasonably instructed by your line manager or directors

Travel and Hours
In order to perform your duties, you may be asked to travel to locations around the United Kingdom to undertake assignments.
You will be required to work from Monday to Friday for 9 hours a day with an hours un-paid break, with the core hours of work being 8:00am to 17:00pm; however, timings can be made more flexible in certain circumstances. In addition to your normal hours you will also be required to work overtime as dictated by the needs of the business, with reasonable notice. This could include un-sociable hours such as evenings and weekends.
