Key Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you\'ll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our solar farm construction operations. Your responsibilities will include:

? Ensuring the safety of all personnel on-site
? Overseeing daily work activities
? Managing multiple subcontractors effectively
? Reviewing and optimizing work schedules
? Scheduling and maintaining site offices
? Upholding project availability standards
? Providing training and ensuring the safety of technicians
? Effective communication with the management team

In addition, you will be responsible for setting site and individual goals, staying within budgetary constraints, and handling disciplinary actions when necessary. Your role as a field environment role model will ensure that all procedures are followed meticulously.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
? Previous experience in electrical projects in rail, utilities, or the highways sector
? Electrical trade qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ)
? Supervisory experience
? Familiarity with Cat & Genny equipment
? Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office
? SMSTS or SSSTS certification

Desirable:
? Prior experience in the Solar PV renewable energy industry
? Familiarity with current solar technology
? First Aid certificates
