Job Description

Ridgeway & Co are working with a leading M&E contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee major construction projects across London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a background in building services and commercial/residential developments to join a dynamic contractor with a strong pipeline of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on-site Manage and monitor subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards Support project delivery from installation through to commissioning Carry out inspections, testing, and quality checks of electrical systems Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times Liaise with site managers, engineers, and the client to ensure smooth project delivery
About You

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within construction (residential or commercial) Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred ECS / JIB Gold Card desirable Excellent communication and leadership skills Able to manage teams and ensure deadlines are met to a high standard
