Centurion are currently seeking an Electrical Technician responsible for the servicing, maintenance and refurbishment of HVAC, F&G, electrical and electronic systems installed within the Centurion Accommodation & Modular (CAM) range of products, both in house and travelling to customer's premises both on and offshore in various global locations; to maintain service and repair equipment manufactured by Labtech and 3rd parties.

Main Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

Acknowledge and action customer support requests and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Observe the company policies and procedures relating to work, administration, Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). Act as an ambassador for safety demonstrating safe behaviours. Live our Centurion values and apply them in day-to-day activities. The job holder may be required to carry out any other related or associated roles, tasks or duties, which they can be trained, instructed and supervised to do safely and according to changing business requirements. Contribute to maintaining a positive QHSE culture by taking reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others at all times. Be disciplined in completing mandatory training assigned relevant to the role designed to help protect the safety and security of the organisation and its employees. Travel to global (often remote/ offshore) locations as required, providing remote (office based) technical support to clients across all global locations. Input and maintain maintenance database for status tracking. Install, repair and service HVAC, electrical and electronic equipment inclusive of pressurisation, Fire and Gas monitoring and telecommunications systems equipment, inspection and maintenance of Ex (ATEX) equipment in accordance with the latest industry standards. Carry out refurbishment works on both CAM assets & client owned assets both onshore and offshore. Compile detailed technical reports which are to be issued to the customer following a site visit, follow up with customers following service, maintenance or repair works to ensure satisfaction. Carry out inspection and reporting activities on both hire and non-hire units, both in house and externally as required within company procedures and produce reports on same. Contribute to the preparation of quotations by estimating department as required from time to time. Supervise and support efforts of less senior members of the service and maintenance team as required and directed by line manager.
Requirements :

HNC/HND in Electrical, Electronic or HVAC Engineering. Offshore certificates. COMPEX Qualified. ATEX Qualified Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel. Previous experience of offshore work. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to plan and manage people. Willingness to work flexible hours. Strong attention to detail. Good organisational skills. Logical mindset.
