We are currently recruiting for Electrical Technicians to carry out wiring on large electro-mechanical assemblies. The role will involve working day shift/back shift on a rotational basis.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

As an Electrical Technician within Nichol McKay you will be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair of electrical and mechanical components. Assembly, wiring, interconnection and inspection of small and large electrical components. Use of air tools, hand tools, overhead cranes, lift and slinging. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested commensurate with your skills, knowledge and ability in the interests of the Company.

About you

Experience of wiring electrical/mechanical systems Experience in a manufacturing environment with preferred knowledge of production methods Knowledge and interpretation of wiring schematic diagrams and fault finding A safety-first mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-18.15 per hour
