Electrical/mechanical Fitter
Job Description
Seeking an electrical / mechanical maintenance installer in a growing industry sector. On-site training will be provided as we specialise in retrofitting emerging technologies into commercial buildings, so a basic understanding of commercial building services is desirable.
We specialise in optimising energy usage in buildings to avoid wastage. This includes installing smart metering systems on electrical and mechanical plant, wireless DALI LED upgrades, air/water source heat pumps, installing and commissioning smart cylinders. Experience or understanding of basic BMS wiring is preferred although not essential. Must be technically minded and keen to learn new technologies.
Must be willing to take on new challenges. One day you could be wiring LED lighting, the next you could be installing smart PIC valve into pipework and wiring back to BMS. A can-do attitude will go a long way.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
