Vacancy:

We are looking to recruit three Electrical Installers on a full-time and permanent basis. The role is based onsite in Fishponds Bristol, working Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4pm with a salary of up to 14.50 per hour. Overtime is required.

Purpose:

To install electrical accessories including towing equipment as required to the correct standard following Manufacturers guidelines, installation instructions as supplied by the manufacturer of the part being fitted and instructions received from the Electrical Team Leader.


You may at times be required to work within our compound and on customers premises. You will also be required to carry out general fitting duties as required act with minimum supervision. Decisions and results impact our success and image.

Duties:

Up to date and extensive knowledge of Auto-Electrical systems Be able to work from written instruction / vehicle manuals Be able to work from Electronic / Electrical Engineering drawings Have the ability to work to a high a standard Competent in re-wiring / re-installing Work flexibly with a large team or on your own whilst completing call outs Able to identify faults with a Fluke / Multi-Meter Ability to and desire to complete fit-out / mechanical work Be able to complete all documents inclusive of inspection sheets, certificates and sign where needed Liaise with manufacturers or agents where needed Able to carry out all work in tight time scales and to manufacturer standards

Qualifications and skills:

A relevant NVQ Level 2 is a minimum requirement Problem-solving abilities Significant work experience in a similar environment Good product knowledge Computer literate
