Role Responsibilities:

Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in new builds, refurbishments, and communal housing Read and interpret technical drawings and site plans Conduct EIC and EICR testing, inspections, and fault finding Ensure work complies with all relevant regulations and safety standards Accurately complete all necessary documentation and reports Collaborate with the wider site team or work independently as required Communicate any issues or necessary repairs to site management
Requirements:

ECS or CSCS card (Essential) 18th Edition (City & Guilds BS7671) - Preferred but not essential Proven experience in electrical installation and testing Own set of hand tools Full UK driving licence - Preferred Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
