Electrician
Job Description
Experienced Electrician required for an established property maintenance company based in Hainault. Working primarily for Letting Agents and Private Landlords. Work is in and around Essex and East London, this is a permanent position. You must hold a full clean driving license. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within the company and eventually run your own team. You must be competent in inspection and testing aswell as coding defects.
You will be provided with:-
-company van
-iPad
-uniform
-fuel card
Main duties will be.
- Electrical installation condition reports
- Fault finding
- Reactive maintenance
The ideal candidate will have
-18th Edition wiring regulations
- 2392 Fundamental inspection testing and initial verification
- 2391 test and inspect
Must be a good timekeeper, reliable, honest and trustworthy as sometimes you will be required to work in empty properties.
Up to 50,000 depending on experience and successful completion Of probationary period.
