Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in both occupied and void social housing properties.
Respond to scheduled works promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions in line with safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used and any follow-up required.
Communicate professionally with tenants, housing officers and team members.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
ECS Gold Card
or
Level 3 NVQ
in Electrical Installations.
Proven experience working within social housing or domestic electrical environments.
Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements.
Full UK Driving Licence (required).
