About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and reliable
Electrician
to join our client's growing team, supportingsocial housing properties across South Birmingham
. Due to continued growth, our client is building a new team to meet rising demand.If you're passionate about delivering safe, high-quality electrical services to tenants and local communities, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in both occupied and void social housing properties. Respond to scheduled works promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to residents. Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions in line with safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used and any follow-up required. Communicate professionally with tenants, housing officers and team members.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
ECS Gold Card
orLevel 3 NVQ
in Electrical Installations. Proven experience working within social housing or domestic electrical environments. Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements. Full UK Driving Licence (required).What We Offer:
