Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installation work, demonstrating proficiency with both domestic and commercial installation and maintenance. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults efficiently. As an Electrician, you will be required to work alone or as part of a small team to complete task such as emergency fault finding, complete full scale rewires, knowledge of CCTV, Fire alarm systems and data points. Must be able to complete a job unaided and to a high standard (clean and tidy)

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine wiring layouts. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out electrical work. Conduct routine inspection and testing of there own work and conduct EICR's. Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes during all tasks. Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure seamless project completion.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrician. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work. Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry. Ability to read technical documents and blueprints accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Electrical Qualifications (NVQ3, 2391-52(desirable),previous experience in the field.
