About the Role:

We are a well-established property maintenance contractor looking for a qualified

Electrician

to join our responsive maintenance team in

Bristol

. This is a full-time, permanent role carrying out a variety of electrical repairs, testing, and installations in domestic properties.

You'll be working on both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and well-maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance in occupied and void domestic properties Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems and appliances Complete EICRs and ensure compliance with current electrical regulations Ensure all work is carried out safely, to a high standard, and in line with NICEIC and BS7671 standards Maintain accurate records using handheld devices or job management software Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) 2391 or 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing (preferred) Full UK driving licence Previous experience in domestic property maintenance or social housing (advantageous) Excellent fault-finding skills and a positive, can-do attitude
