We are seeking approved electricians to join our team to assist in installing the latest and best in renewable technology, sustainable measures, and energy efficient heat pumps. About the role:

We are looking for three fully qualified and approved electricians to undertake installations of DMEV fans in kitchens and bathrooms, assist the insulation teams relocating lighting and socket fixtures and assist heating engineers with the electrical aspect of installing heat pumps. The job will involve travelling to domestic properties in England and Wales, taking photographs post installation and issuing EIC and/or Minor Works Certificates to the occupier. We are also looking to upskill electricians into Solar PV.

Key Responsibilities:

? Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and fixtures.

? Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions.

? Conduct electrical inspections and ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.

? Interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints for project specifications.

? Install and test electrical equipment, including lighting systems, HVAC systems, and electrical outlets.

? Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot electrical systems to prevent issues.

? Willingness to upskill into Solar PV.

? Use tools such as power drills, screwdrivers, wire cutters, and other specialized equipment.

? Work with other trades professionals and contractors as needed to ensure proper installation and repair work.

? Document all completed work and maintain accurate records for compliance purposes.

? Ensure the workplace adheres to all safety protocols and regulations.

? Provide mentorship or on-the-job training to apprentices as required.

Specific Qualifications/ Requirements:

? A motivated and skilled electrician with at least three years of experience.

? NVQ Level 3 Qualified (or equivalent)

? BS7671 18th Edition Qualification.

? 2391/2392/2394 Inspection & Testing Qualification preferred but not essential.

? Renewable heating wiring experience and knowledge is preferred but not essential.

? Good customer service skills.

? Experience of working in field-based operations.

? Excellent IT and verbal and written communication skills.

? Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work.

? Strong operational and organisational skills.

? Good decision-making skills.

? Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Additional Information:

? Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 17:00pm, 45 hours per week.

? Accommodation provided when staying away.

? Subsistence allowance.
