Job Description
Liam Bacon limited, formed in 2013, is a privately owned construction company specialising in property refurbishment. We are based in Ecclesfield, Sheffield and work closely with local authorities, housing associations and private customers. We undertake domestic refurbishments across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire & East Midlands. Due to recent contract wins, we're looking for a electrician (with solar experience) to join our team on a roofing/solar & kitchen/bathroom refurbishment contracts. Company van & fuel card provided.
Duties
Attending sites to undertake planned preventative maintenance Undertaking Solar PV install on domestic properties Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults efficiently and in line with regulations Carrying out testing, inspection and remedial works where required Communicating clearly with site contacts to ensure expectations are met Keeping detailed records of work completed and materials used Ensuring all work complies with current electrical safety standards and best practices
Qualifications
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification ECS Gold Card Full UK driving licence Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills Comfortable working in a reactive maintenance environment A tidy, organised and professional approach to work Asbestos Awareness (Desireable) Working at Height (Desireable) Manual Handling (Desireable)

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
