Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing eletrical equitment in outbuildings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical principles and the ability to work with both hand and power tools. The Electrician will ensure that all electrical work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to determine the best course of action for repairs. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine layout of electrical systems. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes during all work performed. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are used safely. Document all work performed and report any issues or concerns to management.

Experience

Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety protocols. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work are advantageous.
