Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing warehouse lighting and electrical systems on site.

The working hours are set over 3 nights 6pm to 2am in Milton Keynes with a start date of Wednesday 4th February.

You must have an in date IPAF and ECS card.

Duties

Install, test, and commission electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in a new structure. Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance. Troubleshoot electrical faults using hand tools and power tools, diagnosing issues accurately for prompt resolution. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to complete installations accurately. Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety standards. Collaborate with project managers to complete project on time and within budget.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems. Proficiency in using hand tools and electrical tools Experience with power tools including drills, saws, and cable cutters. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately. Relevant qualifications such as a recognised Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent. You must be a self-employed electrician with CIS and right to work in the UK. Pre employment screening checks require you to provide an in date ECS / Right to work / IPAF and relevant qualifications.

Pay: 35.00-37.00 per hour
