Electrician (Full Multi-Skilled training)
Site based role Commutable from Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Nottingham, Leicester
35,000-40,000 (46,000 OTE) + Monday to Friday (6:30-3:30am-3:30pm) +Overtime paid at 1.5x (5-6hr Avg Per week) + Full Training + Career Progression +1 in 3 Saturdays
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrician who wants to step into a multi skilled maintenance role with long-term progression.
The company operates a busy processing facility and is investing heavily into strengthening its engineering team. You will join a supportive department working across a wide range of production machinery, gaining exposure that will expand your technical skillset and accelerate your development.
Your day-to-day will include electrical fault finding, assisting with breakdowns, supporting production, and contributing to continuous improvement activities to boost reliability and performance.
This role is ideal for someone who is electrically strong but wants further hands-on training across mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics and wider multi skilled engineering.
The Role:

• Site Based Role
• Multiskilled maintenance of production machinery (Electrical Bias).
• 17 18 per hour.
• Monday to Friday, 6:30 am 3:30pm (+1 in 3 Saturday's).

The Person:

• Maintenance Engineer/ Multi-Skilled Engineer/Electrical Maintenance Engineer/Service Engineer or similar encouraged to apply.
• Experienced in maintenance of production machinery.
• Working hydraulics and pneumatics and 3 Phase systems
