Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive EICR inspections on domestic properties Perform full electrical testing in accordance with current regulations Complete minor remedial works during the EICR visit, where required Accurately produce digital electrical certificates using the NICEIC Online Portal Update the online portal with job status, access issues, time logs, and relevant notes Use scheduling software to manage and review daily appointments Communicate effectively with customers, offering advice and identifying any additional work opportunities SVQ / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation City & Guilds 18th edition Inspection & Testing 2391-52 or equivalent
Requirements:

Proven experience in domestic electrical work, particularly EICRs and testing Familiarity with NICEIC certification processes and online systems Basic computer skills and the ability to operate NICEIC and scheduling software Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude ECS Card, 18th Edition, and full UK driving licence 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification would be beneficial but is not essential
