Salary: 35k - 38k

Essential duties & responsibilities

Undertake planned preventative maintenance, including monthly lighting and plant checks, and general building maintenance. Carry out reactive electrical works, including repairs to internal and external lighting and distribution boards. Complete routine PPM visits and reactive repairs to electrical assets across the site. Supervise and support subcontractors completing PPM and reactive works onsite.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Knowledge & Understanding

Proven experience within facilities management or building services. Strong background in PPM and reactive electrical maintenance. Ability to work effectively as part of a team on a large, high-profile site.

Qualifications

City & Guilds / SVQ Level II/III in Electrical Installations
