Cameratech, a leading NICEIC-registered electrical and security company, is seeking a skilled and reliable

Electrician

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and testing for residential, commercial, and security projects while ensuring full compliance with safety standards and regulations. This role requires a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions promptly. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and safely. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on tasks. Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with health & safety regulations. Advise clients on electrical upgrades, energy efficiency, and safety improvements.

Experience

Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in electrical work is required. Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety protocols is necessary. Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical work will be advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
