and already have an experienced in-house electrician. Due to increasing demand, we are now looking for another qualified electrician to join our busy team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated electrician to carry out electrical works across our varied portfolio of properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing company with a strong reputation and a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and standards. Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems. Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently. Complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) on residential properties. Work alongside our maintenance team to deliver a seamless service to clients. Maintain accurate records of all electrical work.

Qualifications and Certifications Required

City & Guilds 2365 - Diploma in Electrical Installations. City & Guilds 2382 - Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations (BS 7671:2018) (18th Edition). City & Guilds 2391 - Level 3 Award in Inspection and Testing (or equivalent). NVQ Level 3 - Electrical Qualification. ECS Card. JIB Gold Card (preferred).

Experience and Skills

Proven experience as a qualified electrician (domestic or commercial). Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics. Experience carrying out EICRs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Full UK driving licence.
