Job Description

We're an established and growing electrical contracting company working across the commercial, industrial and domestic sectors. Due to continued expansion, we're looking for a qualified and reliable Electrician to join our team on a permanent basis.

At RS Electrical, we believe in developing our people. You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects from new electrical installations to reactive maintenance, EICRs and more. What we're looking for:

Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical installation and maintenance (commercial and domestic) City & Guilds Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition qualification NVQ Level 3 and AM2 (or equivalent) Inspection & Testing (2391 / 2394 & 2395) preferred but not essential Full UK Driving Licence A strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service

Key responsibilities:

Electrical installation, maintenance and fault finding across commercial, industrial and domestic sites Full property rewires, EICRs and consumer unit upgrades Emergency callouts and general remedial works Client liaison and daily problem solving on-site Flexibility to work occasional nights or stay away when required (all costs covered)

What we offer:

Basic salary of 37,440 + per annum 40-hour working week: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Paid overtime and working away allowance Company van and fuel card from day one Uniform and test equipment provided Tablet & work phone provided Company pension scheme Ongoing training - including 2391 and other qualifications Supportive, forward-thinking team with room to grow
