Job Title: Electrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and reliable Electrician to handle electrical maintenance, repair, and installation across our managed residential and commercial properties. The role requires attention to safety, quality, and compliance with UK electrical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and fuse boards.

Perform testing, fault finding, and troubleshooting in line with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations).

Install new electrical fixtures and fittings in properties under refurbishment.

Ensure all electrical work meets safety standards and is properly certified.

Respond to urgent maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.

Keep accurate service records, material usage logs, and job completion reports.

Work collaboratively with property managers, tenants, and maintenance teams.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) certification required.

Minimum 3 years' experience in residential/commercial maintenance.

Full UK driving licence preferred.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
