About The Role:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in void properties. Undertake follow-up visits to complete any necessary remedial works. Install consumer units in accordance with client specifications. Perform general electrical maintenance in occupied properties as required.

Skills & Knowledge:

Must be competent in fault finding and carrying out PPM tasks within set time schedules A Full driving licence. Experience in Emergency Lighting Testing Good communications skills Liaising with clients/tenants and co-workers Time served fully qualified Electrician with necessary vocational qualifications BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regs and ability to perform system inspection and testing to BS7671 C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing certification would be an advantage for this role.
