Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, supporting both industrial and commercial electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, construction site experience, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring expertise in low and high voltage systems, utilizing a variety of hand and power tools. The Electrician will ensure all electrical installations and repairs meet NEC standards and safety regulations, contributing to the successful completion of construction and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial and commercial settings Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring layouts Use hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment to diagnose electrical issues Work with low voltage and high voltage systems following NEC guidelines for safety and compliance Assist with construction activities including frame carpentry as needed for electrical installations Troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently to minimize downtime Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrician in industrial or commercial environments Strong knowledge of electrical codes, including NEC standards Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics reading Ability to work on low voltage and high voltage systems safely Construction site experience preferred Knowledge of frame carpentry related to electrical installations is a plus Valid relevant certifications or licenses preferred but not mandatory Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments

Pay: 23.00-30.00 per hour
