Overview

We are looking for a confident and experienced Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 electrical qualification and have a strong understanding of current industry regulations and best practices.

This role involves electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work across various sites, and will require working away from home when necessary. Applicants must be comfortable working independently, representing the company professionally, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.

A company van will be provided for work-related travel, and we offer flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving electrical faults, carrying out testing and inspections, completing installations to a high standard.

Duties

Installing new electrical systems in accordance with technical specifications and safety regulations Troubleshooting electrical faults and performing repairs promptly to minimise downtime Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams Documenting work completed and reporting any issues or concerns to management Assisting with the testing of electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety standards are met

Skills

Proven experience working as an Electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly Ensuring all work is completed to high standards Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical installation or maintenance are preferred but not essential
