We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Electrician
to join our team working withinsocial housing properties across SE London
. You'll be responsible for carrying outelectrical testing, inspection, and remedial works
to ensure safety, compliance, and quality service for residents.Key Responsibilities
Conduct
EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)
in occupied and void social housing properties. Carry outremedial works
following inspections to bring installations up to standard. Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely. Complete all relevantcertification and paperwork
to NICEIC / regulatory standards. Deliver a high-quality service while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and the wider maintenance team.Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
qualification.2391 (or 2394/2395) Testing & Inspection
certification Experience working withinsocial housing or domestic maintenance
environments. Full UK Driving Licence (essential). Strong customer service and communication skills.What's on Offer
