Electrician
Job Description
Fortress Maintenance require an Electrician to assist on an ad-hoc basis with the installation of extractor fans and humidistats in kitchens and bathrooms within properties across parts of Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.
We work on contracts for housing providers to enhance the quality of air flow within properties in order to avoid the build up of damp mould. As part of this work we install/upgrade extraction fans to meet the necessary requirements.
The work will include:
- Installing new 230v and low voltage humidistats with transformers where required
- Installing new kitchen extractors
- Installing isolator switches
- Any associated works to ensure all equipment is safe and functions correctly
- Providing minor works certificates
In order to be considered for the role you must hold:
- NVQ Level 3
- 18th Edition
- Test and Inspection certificate
Ongoing work is available, this will ideally suit individuals who have their own work and are looking to supplement that with additional jobs.
