Job Description
We are looking for an Electrician to work within Social Housing / Property services working around Merseyside. You must have similar sector experience with the skills listed below.
Undertake routine maintenance and servicing to electrical systems and appliances to required standards
Trace, locate and rectify faults and ensure systems and appliances are left in a safe and serviceable condition
Report all faulty appliances / installations that do not comply with current regulations
Replace electrical sockets and fittings
Rewire domestic properties both occupied and void
Required:
Electrical test engineer with 2391, 18th edition Minimum Level 3 NVQ Experience in EICR Testing in social Housing
Salary: 36,000
Van & Fuel card provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 36,000.00 per year
