About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Electrician

to join our growing team in

Liverpool

, working primarily on

social housing properties

. This is a

permanent, full-time role

Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)

and

remedial works

to ensure tenant safety and compliance with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out

EICRs

in accordance with current wiring regulations (BS7671) Complete

remedial and upgrade works

following inspections Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner Complete relevant certification and documentation accurately Communicate effectively with tenants, housing officers, and internal teams Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
Requirements:

City & Guilds 2391

or equivalent testing & inspection qualification (2394/2395)

NVQ Level 3

or equivalent in Electrical Installation

18th Edition

Wiring Regulations (BS7671) Full UK driving licence Experience working in

domestic or social housing environments

Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
