About the Job:
We are seeking an Electrician to join our team in London, who specialise in building maintenance within commercial & residential properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous experience in the building maintenance industry and a varied knowledge of carrying out maintenance duties in a commercial or residential environment.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Routine and reactive maintenance across a variety of electrical equipment
Electrical equipment repairs
Diagnostics and identyfing electrical faults
Installation, modification and replacement of electrical equipment
PAT Testing
Inspecting electrical systems
Assisting other trades and gaining skill training
Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.
Completing all paperwork and producing certification associated with works undertaken
Completion of work sheets via our mobile app
This is a mobile role
Required qualifications and experience:
A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.
Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sectors.
A HSE understanding
Full UK Driver's License (not essential)
Previous use of handheld technology / smartphone
Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard
A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.
City and Guilds qualifications or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in the building industry
