Following on from our success, R & MA Stewart Ltd now require experienced electricians who can carry out EICR's and works to join our existing team of engineers in providing planned electrical maintenance in both empty and occupied domestic properties across south-east England.

The right candidates will have the minimum technical qualification of NVQ level 3/AM2 and 18th edition and have the Test and Inspection (2391) plus the experience of working within occupied domestic properties and be confident working with residents.

This position would suit candidates with experience of carrying out electrical works and periodic inspections within the social housing sector and live in the Essex/London/Surrey/Kent/Sussex area.

Based out of our south London offices our clients and work area cover the south-east of England (London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire areas) so a clean driving license is required.

We need from you:

1. Clean Driving Licence

2. Preferably live within the London/Essex/Surrey/Kent/Sussex Area and be prepared to travel

3. Hand and relevant power tools (test equipment provided)

4. Knowledge and experience of domestic and light commercial installations

5. Hold a current CSCS/JIB graded gold card

6. Have NVQ3, AM2, 2391 Test and Inspection (or equivalent City & Guilds), 18th edition

7. Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)

Starting salary negotiable

OTE: 42k-60k with bonus

Pay: 38,000.00-44,000.00 per year
