Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for electrical installation within domestic premisses, compliant with BS 7671, part P of the building REGS and MCS. Performing fault finding and diagnostic testing on electrical systems. Testing the performance of all system components. Carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs in accordance with current regulations. Responsible for post install complaints regarding the installation. completing and signing off Minor or Major Works Certificates or similar documentation. Contributing to the maintenance of the company's MCS accreditation by adhering to quality system procedures and documentation requirements. Assisting with internal audits related to MCS compliance. Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing environments. Ensuring any installation projects are delivered on time and in accordance with design documents. Own tools required (testing and commissioning). Team player with the ability to adapt and overcome on-site issues. Maintaining good communication and relationships with site management.

Qualifications required

BS 7671 18th edition, wiring regulations including 2nd amendment. Electrical Installation Level 3 (or equivalent) Inspection and Testing 2391/2394/2395

Experience with MCS or other quality management systems desirable Solar PV qualification level 3 Level 3 Battery storage desirable (EESS) Full UK Driving License A valid DBS certificate or willingness to complete a DBS check

Pay: 38,700.00-41,700.00 per year
