About the role

We are looking to recruit an Electrician to join our friendly Site Services team at Higgins Partnerships Plc.

The role will be based on all of our projects across London.

This will be a fantastic opportunity for an individual with both temporary and permanent electrical installation experience, an Electricians card / CSCS card and NVQ 2 or higher in Electrical Installation/Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience which includes:

Temporary works include lighting, transformers, welfare cabins, mains and sub mains, phone / data installations etc Permanent works include 1st fix, and 2nd fix, removal and reinstatement of electrical accessories, metal tray and trunking installations etc Working on new projects and refurb projects Work with site services manager / supervisor and on-site management on correct allocation of site electrics Ensure all electrical plant and equipment is installed to the highest standard and safety compliant Documentation must be completed accurately ensuring it is available in a neat and safe manner for company records
The individual will be expected to maintain the company's reputation in front of the clients and responsible for ensuring PPE remains presentable and in good order.

A key function of the role will be to maintain accurate daily site diary's and carry out regular inspections LOLER / PUWER / FOR, while ensuring work is complete in line with the company's safe working procedures.

The role will also include inspecting and maintaining all tools and equipment.

To succeed in this role, you will bring with you the following skill set:

Safety awareness Good communication skills Good knowledge of electrics Electrical qualifications - Level 2 and 3 ECS Gold card Full UK Driving Licence
