Maintenance Electricians - REEPRO Property Maintenance Locations: London & Southeast England Employment Type: Full-Time Driving Licence Required

REEPRO Property Maintenance is expanding across London and the Southeast, and we are now recruiting experienced, time-served Maintenance Electricians to join our growing team. If you excel in reactive maintenance, fault finding, and delivering high-quality electrical services, this is an excellent opportunity.

The Role This is a reactive maintenance position, attending domestic and communal properties to diagnose issues, carry out repairs, perform testing, and produce compliant certification. The work is varied and suited to electricians who enjoy problem-solving and working to high compliance standards rather than repetitive installation work.

Key Responsibilities Attend reactive callouts and complete electrical fault finding, repairs, and testing

Carry out EICRs and minor works, producing NICEIC or NAPIT-compliant certification

Ensure all installations, repairs, and reports meet BS 7671 (18th Edition) requirements

Liaise with the REEPRO helpdesk regarding job updates, materials, and completion notes

Maintain high levels of professionalism and represent REEPRO to the highest standard

Follow all Health & Safety requirements and use access equipment safely

Required Qualifications & Experience NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Installation or Maintenance

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

AM2 or equivalent practical assessment

C&G 2391, 2394, or 2395 (Inspection & Testing)

Knowledge of BS 7671 and BS 5839 compliance

Ability to self-certify (NICEIC or NAPIT registered)

Minimum 3 years' experience in domestic or communal electrical maintenance

Strong customer service and communication skills

Full UK Driving Licence

Ability to work independently and meet professional timescales
