Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various construction and industrial sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, including both low and high voltage systems, with the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require precision, safety awareness, and technical expertise.

Duties

Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in commercial and industrial settings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance. Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ohmmeters and ammeters to test electrical circuits and components. Work with low voltage and high voltage systems in accordance with NEC standards and safety protocols. Assist in construction activities related to electrical systems, including framing carpentry as needed. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and electrical codes. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate electrical installations on-site. Maintain detailed records of work performed for compliance and future reference.

Experience

Proven experience as an Electrician in industrial or commercial environments. Knowledge of NEC standards, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting. Experience working on construction sites with exposure to framing carpentry is a plus. Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems, as well as the use of hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, and wire strippers. Ability to operate testing equipment including ohmmeters and ammeters effectively. Prior experience working on construction projects or within industrial settings is preferred. This position requires a dedicated professional with strong technical skills, safety consciousness, and the ability to adapt to diverse project requirements.
