Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and reliable
Electrician
to join our property services team. The ideal candidate will be capable of carrying out a wide range of electrical works across domestic and commercial properties to a high professional standard.Key Skills & Experience Required:
Domestic and commercial electrical installations Electrical maintenance and fault finding Consumer unit replacements Testing and inspection (EICR) Lighting installations (internal and external) Power installations and upgrades Compliance with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations General electrical repairs and maintenance
Advantageous but Not Essential:
Experience within property maintenance or social housing Fire alarm and emergency lighting systems Data / TV / access control installations PAT testing
What We Expect:
Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Good understanding of health and safety regulations Full UK driving licence preferred
Qualifications Required:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations AM2 (or equivalent)
Registered with one of the following competent person schemes:
NICEIC
NAPIT
ELECSA
STROMA
