The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Electrician

to join our maintenance team. This is a hands-on role involving day-to-day reactive and planned electrical works across residential and commercial properties.

You will be expected to work independently, represent the company professionally, and carry out all works safely and to a high standard, in line with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, testing, and repairs Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently Complete EICRs, minor works, and remedial actions where required Install and maintain lighting, power, sockets, and consumer units Carry out emergency and reactive maintenance call-outs Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Work within occupied properties while maintaining a professional and respectful manner Accurately report completed works and identify any additional issues on site Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health and safety standards

Requirements

Proven experience as an electrician NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Ability to work independently and manage your workload Full UK driving licence Own tools and test equipment Good communication skills and a professional attitude

Desirable (but not essential)

Testing and Inspection qualification Experience working with landlords and letting agents Knowledge of both domestic and commercial electrical systems
