Job Description

We are looking for to take on a local qualified electrician or sub contractor to join our team.

Position is ready to be filled.

We are based in Lytham St Annes and work mainly around the Fylde Coast and further afield on occasion.

Our work varies from small repair work for private customers, letting agents and EICRs to large domestic rewires, commercial works installations and maintenance including schools, hotels, nursing homes and restaurants, we also carry out occasional industrial works.

We have a good client base of repeat customers, frequently working in high end properties where great care and attention to detail is essential.

Must be well versed with technology as many systems we use involve software and apps.

Experience essential in;

All aspects of electrical work domestic and commercial and inspecting and testing.

Experience also preferred in but not essential;

Security systems, fire alarms, data systems and audio visual.

2391 inspecting and testing

Must have;

18th Edition

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)

UK driving license

5 Years minimum experience

Must have valid work authorisation for the UK

Own hand tools for carrying out electrical works

Power tools not essential as will be provided

Van will be provided for work only and picked up and dropped off at our unit location each day.

You must be a self motivated well organised individual with excellent communication skills.

Attention to detail and an enthusiastic attitude to work are essential.

Rate dependant on experience.
