We are looking for an

Installer

to support the implementation and delivery of all events and activities. Must have their own Van & Tools (hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments).

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate network/ WiFi /CCTV audiovisual equipment for events. Troubleshoot technical issues during events. Working at heights is involved (WiFi Access point replacement or related). Working on infrastructure, patch panels, fiber splicing, and CCTV installation. Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand technical requirements Maintain and repair audiovisual equipment as needed Monitor audiovisual feeds during events to ensure quality standards Assist in the design and layout of technical setups Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Conduct pre-event tests and inspections to ensure equipment functionality Provide technical support and advice to clients and colleagues Document and keep records of equipment usage and maintenance

Qualifications:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred) IT Related Certifications? (preferred) ECS/CSCS card is a must Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
