Paisley Site Services are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join a well-established building services maintenance team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in domestic social housing properties

Complete periodic testing and inspection reports (EICRs)

Respond to reactive and planned works

Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards

Communicate effectively with tenants and housing staff

Maintain accurate records of work completed

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation

Electrical Installation Inspection and Testing 2391

17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)

Experience in domestic electrical work, ideally within schools and council buildings

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Strong customer service skills and a professional approach

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 39,000.00-42,000.00 per year
