Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring all electrical installations and repairs are completed to the highest standards.

The company works mainly in Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire.

A company van would be provided.

The company mainly works in areas such as loft conversions, extensions and domestic jobs.

Skills/Qualifications

General competence in the given trade, NVQ 3 or equivalent, 18th edition wiring regulations/AM2 2391 or 2395 & 2394 in testing and inspection. Gold ECS NVQ level 3 card

Duties

1st fixing, 2nd fixing and testing Maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes during installation and maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements efficiently. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within specifications. Maintain an organised work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored safely.

Experience

Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the electrical field is essential. A relevant qualification or certification in electrical work is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with significant experience. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
