Within our Project Service Small Works team plays a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of planned minor works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client's sites.

Position

As part of the FM Small Works team, you will be tasked with a varied variety of jobs, these would range from:

EICR's, New small power installations New lighting upgrades Replacing distribution boards Replacing failed emergency light fittings Installing new emergency lights to ensure compliance with the relevant BS


The work can range from 1 day to 5 days at a time and you will have the support of your colleagues and our onsite core teams. The role is mobile, covering Surrey & London with rare visits into Kent; you will be provided with a company van and fuel card and any specialist tools when required.

Requirements

To be considered for the role, you will need to hold the following qualifications:

Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (2357) Testing & Inspection (2391) or equivalent 18th Edition Full Classroom Course & IET Wiring Regulations (7671) Full UK Driving License
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

Basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word JIB Gold Card IPAF * PASMA
