Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced time served electrician to join our team.

You will be is required to work within a busy Building Services team involving installation, maintenance, and servicing of Public Buildings within the County Borough.

The main duties of the post:

To work as part of a team or independently. Responsible for Electrical work on non-housing properties.

To carry out electrical work as instructed by the Contract Supervisor. Ensure works are carried out to the required specification. Ensure that Quality Assurance requirements are fully adhered to. Ensure that Health and Safety at work regulations and policies are strictly adhered to. To be able to work individually, or within a team, with minimal supervision. You will have experience:
Time served Electrician.

Understanding of the work and customer expectations with respect to Building Services.

Previous maintenance/installation experience.

Previous experience of commercial installation.

Ideally you will have:

An appropriate Electrical Trade Qualification (City and Guilds/NVQ3)
