Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work with various power and hand tools. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure safe and efficient electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Carry out electrical installation and maintenance work in domestic and commercial properties. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the layout of electrical systems. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and codes during all work activities. Collaborate with other tradespeople, operations and administration team to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Produce NICEIC Certification and relevant paperwork Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the electrical field. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to electrical work. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 2391/2395 Inspection & Testing preferred Central Heating wiring knowledge (highly desirable)
Overtime/call out available at premium rate.
